PRACTICE Sarah specialises in all aspects of family law, including:
EXPERIENCE Sarah regularly acts in complex large asset financial cases. She is particularly experienced in the cross-examination of actuaries and accountants and obtaining financial injunctions. She is known as a ‘determined yet courteous opponent’. Sarah is equally experienced in children work. She has appeared in the Court of Appeal and has a broad experience of cases involving complex issues such as serious abuse and uncertain perpetrators. She has a reputation for delivering robust advice while not losing sight of the need for sensitivity towards lay clients, in difficult circumstances. Sarah organises the delivery of our seminar series as well as being a regular contributor. She was given the Queen Mother’s Middle Temple Scholar award in 1998 and 1999. |
