Sport Law Danish is a member of the Sports Law Direct team which provides representation at disciplinary hearings and regulatory matters. He also offers awareness seminars for sporting figures on staying within the law both in and outside the sporting area – conduct, public order, alcohol, driving, sexual behaviour and privacy. Find out more EXPERIENCE Danish is instructed in proceedings under the Children Act representing parents, relatives, local authorities and children through their guardians. His experience involves cases dealing with neglect, drug misuse, serious domestic abuse, sexual abuse and immigration matters and has appeared in the higher courts. Danish undertakes work in ancillary proceedings and actions brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Danish undertakes advocacy and advisory work for claimants and defendants. He enjoys a practice in claims involving road traffic accidents, the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, employer’s liability, public liability, tripping and slipping litigation, defective premises and holiday claims. He operates a seven-day turn around policy on all papers unless otherwise agreed. Danish is a Hardwicke Scholar of Lincoln’s Inn and is fluent in Urdu/Hindi. |
