Approximately 300 Barristers attended the above function on 19 June at the Palace Hotel in Manchester. The event was sponsored by the Honorable Societies of Gray’s Inn, Inner Temple, Middle Temple and Lincoln’s Inn, as well as Lexiz Nexis.
The Charity event supported Rathbone, a Manchester based UK wide voluntary youth sector organisation.
The after-dinner speaker was the Leader of the Northern Circuit, Richard Marks QC. As the Northern Circuit headquarters is based at Young Street Chambers, we were glad to make a sizeable donation to proceedings and therefore gave a prize of Champagne and a Champagne dinner for two at Bem Brasil.
