Margaret McDonald is a member of our Civil Team and Head of our Costs Team. Her costs knowledge is particularly relevant is summary assessment deliberations post trial and is valued by instructing solicitors throughout her practice.
She was asked to speak at the Costs Conference at Liverpool Law Society from the defendants perspective. As such Margaret covered the pitfalls for the unwary solicitor and the horrors of mis-certification.
The conference was a great success and certainly, it would appear from the questionnaire responses, that Margaret’s speech was very well received.
