New Complaints Procedure

The Bar Standards Board has recently announced that mandatory changes regarding complaints management by barristers are to operate as from 1 May 2008.

The Code of Conduct at para 403.2 (d) has been amended and a new protocol has been inserted as an addition to the Code at Annex S.

In order to properly respond to these changes, we have fully reviewed our systems and procedures and we have commenced revising our internal documentation.

We are seeking not only to comply with the new regulations but also to provide our clients with a more user-friendly and accessible system.
