Practice:
In 1992 Philip Rouse left international law firm Baker & McKenzie in London to join Young Street Chambers. His initial practice included briefs in substantial criminal cases including murder, child rapes and serious fraud cases.

He now specialises solely in Personal Injury litigation.

Experience:
In his criminal practice Philip Rouse made regular appearances at the Court of Appeal and also appearances in the Divisional Court in Judicial Review cases. He safeguarded "the right to be offensive" in English law in the case of Redmond-Bate v DPP (The Times July 28 1999).
