- Francesca had the benefit of having a predominantly Public Law pupillage with Paul Manasse as her Pupil Master and gained considerable experience within this delicate and increasingly complex field. Francesca gained valuable experience in ancillary relief, particularly with assets outside the jurisdiction and complex Private Law Children Act work. Francesca has undertaken many cases involving serious allegations of domestic violence and abuse, where her previous experience in practising in criminal law provides a crucial link.
Francesca has considerable experience in all aspects of contract law, in particular breach under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Francesca undertakes personal injury work at all levels, including advocacy and advisory work. She receives instructions from both claimants and defendants.
