Experience:
Danish has had the benefit of a family pupillage with particular focus in Public Law Children Act proceedings under the guidance of Paula Tyler. Danish has also had invaluable exposure to Private Law Children Act proceedings. He regularly appears in the Family Proceedings Court and in the County Court representing parents, children and local authorities.

Danish maintains a strong interest in ancillary proceedings and actions brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 where he has represented parties at various stages in proceedings.

Danish has a busy practice in work concerning Domestic Violence. This includes proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996 and the Children Act 1989 in addition to within the criminal jurisdiction.

Danish undertakes both Defence and Prosecution work. He is frequently instructed to appear in the Magistrates Court and is increasingly before the Crown Court. He has undertaken work for the CPS, Probation and Revenue & Customs.

Danish is a Hardwicke Scholar of Lincoln's Inn and also fluent in Urdu/Hindi.
