- Craig's practice in Personal Injury Law covers all aspects of practice and procedure. He is instructed in Road Traffic Accidents on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants upon the Fast Track and Multi-Track.
- Costs
- Craig has extensive costs experience. He advises and represents both Claimants and Defendants on a variety of costs issues at both District Judge level and at the SCCO. Recent cases have involved contested appeals involving issues of recoverability under the Solicitors Act 1974; post 'Garrett' CFAR 2000 enforceability issues and the implications of mis-certification of costs bills and schedules.
