Miss Markham has experience in acting for Local Authorities, parents and
Guardians in Public Law proceedings. She has also acted in Private Law
matters for grandparents, children and the appointment of Guardians in
Private Law proceedings. She has growing experience in ancillary relief
cases, including pension-sharing orders.
Miss Markham is experienced at all levels of jurisdiction, including the High Court.
