- Kate completed her pupillage in a London set of chambers. Kate still holds a door tenancy in London and regularly works in London. She appears in the Magistrates court to defend and prosecute and she is appearing in the Crown Court more frequently. A lot of the work completed by Kate is road traffic matters appearing to defend a wide range of allegations.
Kate has been led in complex cases, including fraud and money laundering.
Prior to pupillage, Kate worked for a small Manchester firm dealing with large scale frauds including London City Bond cases and a number of Missing Trader Intra-Community (MTIC) cases.
